EDUCATION:

• Graduate of an accredited school or Registered Professional Nursing with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree or willingness to actively
  

Licensure:

• Current New York State Registered Professional Nursing License
  

EXPERIENCE:

• Four years of managerial experience and two years of nursing experience and demonstrated leadership abilities in the Long Term Care
  
• Knowledge/application of New York State Department of Health regulations and survey process and successful
  
• Must be clinically
  

• Prior Assistant Director level experience
  

• Proven ability to develop healthy relationships with others (with staff, medical staff, other department managers, and the public, ,) in a resident/family centered focused
  
• Demonstrated ability to work with residents and staff in a variety of stressful and adverse
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with

• Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets, power point
