Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Handle employee on boarding and orientation processes.
Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and HR policies.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
