This hybrid role is responsible for:

  • Booking, assisting and servicing clients from all over the globe
  • Gathers, compiles and reports on information pertaining to the itinerary
  • Coordinates a full range of travel arrangements, managing details for flights, transfers, car rentals, hotels and more
  • Effectively and consistently monitors and promotes the latest industry specials in order to grow client base
  • Prepares credit card authorization forms and enters client payment info directly into the vendor portal
  • Handles confidential information
  • Utilizes vendor online reservation system to ensure that client travel policy is followed in order to provide cost-effective and convenient arrangements


Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to market and promote current specials
  • Perform market research and create custom experiences
  • Suggest and complete reservations tailored specifically for the client
  • Manage calls and emails and answer any questions or concerns with professionalism
  • Be prepared to provide pre-departure assistance
  • Handle sensitive files and maintain confidentiality
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Legal work authorization for employment in the United States, Mexico or Australia
