Expanding Midwest firm has a critical role for a talented Senior Electrical Project Engineer to fill in their Chicago Office!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team of engineers on facilities design projects
- Deliver multiple projects within the stated deadline and budget
- Coordinate/review work of project team (engineers, technicians and subconsultants)
- Assist/collaborate with project manager on technical issues, project progress/status reports, schedule, budget, scope and fees
- Track deliverables, client reviews, and technical reviews
- Some travel required
Requirements:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
- 5+ years of electrical design experience
- PE License
- Knowledge of NEC, general building codes, communication systems and fire alarm equipment
- Proficient in CAD/Design Software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit)
