Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in common IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Single Sign-On, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, and Multi-Factor Authentication
- A strong grasp of prevalent industry protocols like LDAP, SAML, Oath, OpenID, SCIM, and FIDO
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with at least five (5) years' experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs, or an equivalent blend of education and experience
- Functional expertise in at least one coding or scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in technology evaluation and selection aligned with business needs
