Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, MIS, IS, Financial, or related) or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of consulting, business application training, or customer support in Epicor or similar systems required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and GAAP
- General knowledge of manufacturing, operations, and supply chain business processes and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel
