UCC Engineer

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UC&C Engineer with expertise in Teams, Phones, and devices (MTR, Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Unified Communications, Networks, and Teams.
• Demonstrated ability to convert customer problem statements into effective IT solutions.
• Experience in developing automation solutions using Azure Functions and PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience in implementing call routes and voice plans for Teams voice.
• Familiarity with MTR technologies such as Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, and their integration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in Unified Communications or related fields are a plus.
• To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on-call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management.
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training s, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
