Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field


• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation or equivalent qualification


• 15+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 7+ years in the FMCG industry


• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth


• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and presentation skills
