Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred – Associates Degree considered with commensurate level experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in the following:
- Pharma industry experience - familiarity with pharma industry terms and operations
MUST HAVE:
- SAP experience - ECC & GTS Modules - in the context of Customer order management
- Previous Logistics experience knowledge
- Strong coordination & planning skills are required
- Extremely strong/confident communicator – This resource will be working with several different/diverse groups of people.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must encompass a strong customer service mindset
- Supply chain management experience – Knowledge of supply chain
- Previous Logistics/Export customer service experience
- Understanding of Air freight forwarding is a big plus
- Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
- Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional/global teams
- Strong understanding of SAP "order to cash” process
- ASAP start
