• The dentist reviews medical histories at every visit, enters data into the chart and signs all treatment
  
• Examines patient to determine nature of
  
• Removes patient from pain and
  
• Charts and reports to the patient all pathologic
  
• Develops a written treatment plan and explains all options to the
  
• Notes on the treatment plan the approximate number of visits and the time to complete
  
• Extracts diseased teeth, caps injured teeth and fills
  
• Instructs assigned dental assistants in chair side, laboratory, sterilization, and radiology
  

• Current Virginia license (or eligible)
  
• Graduate of an accredited dental school
