Job Description
- Develops and implements an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies; plans and develops marketing and sales strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business.
- Directs oversees monitors and evaluates the activities of a small team of fulltime sales staff as well as a diverse group of domestic and foreign commissioned and/or feebased sales representatives.
- Provides market research and analysis; prepares researchbased reports and sales forecasts for senior management.
- Develops and manages annual sales and operating budgets and regularly monitors performance to budget parameters.
- Participates in development implementation and maintenance of policies objectives shortand longrange planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
- Represents the enterprise at conferences meetings exhibits and other special events; promotes new and existing programs and initiatives
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years experience in a marketing role
- digital marketing experience
- events management and PR experience (press conference press realise preparation ) are a plus
- experience in the fitout design market are higly valuable
- good knowledge of Microsoft 365 canva wix are recommended
- pro active manager creative attitude keen to learn and team player
- passionate of beauty design art architecture fashion
- focus on details but able to see the big picture
- objective driven
- English mother tongue or equivalent (spoken and written)
- Arabic language is a plus
