• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with sales and negotiation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing or Real Estate is preferred
