Job Description
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Lead Transportation Engineer to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead engineer/advisor on complex projects
- Provide high-level technical design
- Maintain team financials
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project scope, schedule, budget and staffing
- Lead quality assurance/quality control for the team
- Review contracts
- Assist with business development
- Train and mentor other employees
Requirements:
- degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of highway/municipal design experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- TxDOT CCIS pre-certification (or obtain within six months of hire)
- ;license required
