Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and services
Make reservations and arrange transportation for guests
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints
Keep updated on events and activities in the local area
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local attractions and services
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive and professional attitude
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
