- Deliver monthly performance targets: PTS, PTC & secondary revenues.
- Execute forecasting strategies.
- Deliver performance expectations.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of fitness department performance, identifying key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Establish ambitious but realistic targets for the fitness department, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to a team of personal trainers, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Align with wellness philosophy and brand standards.
