Registering all the incoming and outgoing documents received.
Maintain, organized, and updated documents using document management software, uploading or scanning paper documents, obtaining documents, and ensuring proper and secure storage.
Maintain a separate project file for Consultant, Sub-Consultant, Contractor, Sub-Contractor, etc.
Ensure that all documents are labeled & classified (Public, Internal, Confidential, Restricted) as to compliance with Dubai Government Information Security Regulation.
Distribute all incoming documents to the concerned managers for review & instructions.
Responsible for monitoring all the Payment Certificates, Variations, letter of assignment, Capitalization, and Final Accounts
Read, Understand and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures of the company.
Co-operate, co-ordinate and share information with Internal/External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.
Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the company's IT Department.
All Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, incidents (actual or suspected breaches) shall be immediately reported to the IT Service Desk.
Adhere to Department policy and compliance requirements regarding document control and payment processing.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
