Food Runner

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables promptly and accurately.
Ensure proper presentation and temperature of dishes before serving.
Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to maintain a smooth flow of orders.
Communicate effectively with customers and address any concerns or requests.
Assist in the setup and clearing of tables as needed.
Work closely with the kitchen to coordinate the timing of food delivery.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling.
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
