Logistics Coordinator

• Analyze and manage supply chain functions to ensure product delivery and optimize cost-effectiveness
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for efficient logistics services.
• Establish effective vendor relationships and ensure that demands are met within budget and on-time
• Scheduling and overseeing delivery of materials, products, and services
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws
• Monitor and manage regular shipping and receiving of goods
• Developing strategies for controlling and reducing inventory costs
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for logistics operations
• Maintain accurate records and document any changes
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and documentation
• Ability to negotiate the best rate and conditions with vendors
• Proven success in achieving customer service excellence
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
