Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a Business Solutions Associate in our Raleigh office. This would be a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office working days.
The Business Solutions Associate position will be an integral part of the Workplace Options (WPO) sales team. The successful candidate will be at ease in a demanding and fast paced environment. Articulate and professional when dealing with both internal and external contacts. The candidate will also be responsible for building strong relationships with internal teams and subject matter experts. This position will be responsible for helping the Sales Team build relationships with key prospects and manage certain administrative functions of the team s day-to-day operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting individuals in a way that helps others be successful and for someone who is interested in Sales.
Responsibilities :
- Support sales team with lead generation and various information gathering, research and document prep as needed
- Support Proposal and Marketing team efforts for various projects
- Complete custom global Capability Grids
- Internal and external conference support and coordination
- Site Visit Preparation (materials/coordination)
- Submit and follow up on Sales needed request forms
- Manage contract signature process
- Locate, enter and edit information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Run reports and analyze data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Route/respond to incoming Web Sales Requests/Contact Form Submissions
- Research and document potential opportunities through various bid websites
- Assist in preparing slide decks and materials for finalist presentations and conferences
- Coordinate new hire training/orientation for sales team new hires
- Schedule and run various meetings for sales team meetings

- Excellent computer, telephone and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and writing skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must display a professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
