Responsible for daily and overall operation of assigned units, including staff performance, patient care processes and outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and prudent resource

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary up to $144,

- Full benefits package

Schedule

- 8 hours/day

- Days 8-hour shifts - 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period

- Weekend requirements are possible

- On call requirements are possible

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree or higher in Nursing or related field or currently working to obtain

- BLS (AHA)

- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon

- Master s degree in nursing or related field preferred

- Specialty certification in area of responsibility preferred

- 5 years experience in acute care hospital in past 10 years

- 2 years managerial or leadership experience in the past 5 years

- ACLS (AHA)

- CEN

- TNCC
