Job Description
Previous experience as a Coffee Roaster or in a similar role is required.
• Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, characteristics, and roast profiles.
• Expertise in coffee roasting techniques, temperature control, and airflow management
. • Excellent sensory evaluation skills for cupping and flavor profiling.
• Familiarity with coffee grinding and packaging processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills. •
