• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks consistently with the restaurant standard drink recipe.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks with creativity and style.
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotional suggestion.
• Present drinks menu, make specific recommendation and answer question about beverage
