Mortgage Advisor required for leading property developer in Dubai
Years of experience in the banking Mortgage industry
Maintain communications between the lender and borrower
End to end process management
Understand and support the corporations policies and procedures to provide
proper and effective treatment to all the corporations customers
Meeting Performance Targets
Requirements
The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
Excellent customer service skills
Diplomacy & Negotiation Skills
Facilitate the lending process and manage the member through the entire
mortgage process
Maintain complete thorough and accurate conversation log for all applications
preapproval and mortgage applications in the loan origination system
Maintain professional knowledge of all technical aspects of the mortgage
industry develop and enhance knowledge of financial market terms and trends
and utilize knowledge to provide complete service to the member
