This is a remote position.
We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a demand and lead gen marketer to join us.
You will work directly with the Marketing Head and the Chief Business Officer to lead various demand and lead gen initiatives. This includes collaborating across multiple teams internally and externally to get the work done and reach our tasks.
In your day-to-day, you will focus on the following activities:
Generate demand and leads by leveraging various digital campaigns, including but not limited to email, LinkedIn, advertising, and more.
Personalize campaigns and journeys by gathering intelligence through secondary research on industries, accounts, and contacts.
Manage a set list of campaigns from awareness to post-sale that includes: requesting and receiving campaign launch materials from internal clients, performing QA tasks of assets, creating landing pages, ensuring proper targeting, and executing against custom rules and templates.
Rely on data and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the global sales pipeline.
Build target account and contact lists based on relevant segments, ICP, and buyer persona leveraging existing tools.
Drive awareness and customer relationships by building intelligence-driven narratives. Engage the existing prospects via focused brand campaigns.
Develop customer personas and know their buying preferences.
Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
Optimise campaigns based on performance and feedback from our sales and BD team
Measure, analyse, and report on the impact of awareness, lead generation and nurturing campaigns on the marketing and sales pipeline.

Qualifications and Experience
2-4 years of experience across demand generation marketing, and lead generation, especially in a B2B IT Services or SaaS business.
Education in Marketing, Communications, English, or IT from a premier institute (good to have but not a deal breaker).
Skillset and prior experience required
Extensive hands-on experience in running B2B marketing campaigns across various channels - email, content syndication, paid search, events, retargeting, and more.
Understanding of buying and evaluation process in B2B organisations for IT services.
Understanding marketing nuances like inbound, account-based marketing, deal-based intelligence, and customisation.
Demonstrated experience in creating campaigns based on intelligence and intent.
Creating marketing assets such as ad posts and email templates.
Good understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring, and attribution. (tools like Apollo, Active Campaign, Freshsales, and more)
Experience running detailed campaign reporting involving multiple touchpoints and channels
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data suite
Problem solver with a growth hacking mentality
Strong organisation, verbal, and written communication skills essential
Team player: organising and managing multiple stakeholders within the business
