An optometrist is needed to service patients on long-term care facilities.

Requirements:
- Have valid OD/DO license.
- Board Certified
- Availability part-time or full time.
- Willing to travel to different facilities.
Duties include:
- Perform routine, comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts.
- Treatment of infection and complete dilated exams
- Issue diabetic evaluations
- Injury care
- Repair and equip patients with eyeglasses.
- Proficient in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease
- Comfortable working with geriatric population
