This is a remote position.
To expand the reach of its Customer Experience practice, our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative.
The BDR will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new customers and will carry a target.
The person should be a highly passionate, resilient, and creative individual with a curiosity for continuous learning. We are looking for a self-starter who can execute sales efforts while maintaining a strategic, and entrepreneurial outlook. The role will also involve working with our CX technology partners closely and being comfortable with technology products.
YOU ARE GOOD AT:
- Researching/contacting target accounts through a variety of channels
- Using prospecting strategies to lead outreach to build relationships with decision-mapmakers at targeted accounts
- Developing an outbound sales process that promotes scalability
- Developing a lead generation pipeline
Requirements

Passion, hustle, and desire to help us grow and establish our company as the leader in CX transformation

Minimum 1-3 years inside/outside sales/telemarketing and reaching sales quotas (Freshers with the desire to succeed are welcome)

Energetic/personable attitude, able to initiate communications in an engaging manner

Proven track record of exceptional lead generation results

The understanding of sales strategy and objectives

Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes

People skills to work with consultants, partners, and channel managers

Ability to develop sales processes and execution with minimal direction

Technical aptitude understand CX technologies and communicate their benefits to clients

Desire to grow into a sales leader in the company
SUPER AWESOME IF YOU HAVE:
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling into the mid-market (companies with 250-2000 employees) across industries
- Experience selling CX and CCaaS/UCaaS solutions from Fresh works, Zendesk, Nice InContact, Five9, Talkdesk, Ring Central, Zoom etc
