Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and manage both the after-school and weekend football academy programs. • Oversee the extra-curriculum football program during school hours. • Design and implement training sessions to enhance players' skills, techniques, and fitness levels. • Identify and nurture young talent, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and training. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivational environment for all players. • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training and match situations.
