You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPromote safety conduct of all work on site and conduct Supervisors meetings.
Ensure HSE information and records are collated to facilitate the HSE plan.
Conduct HSE inductions and TBTs and keep records of attendees and promote a positive safety culture.
Stop unsafe acts being undertaken by anyone whilst at work and not to allow tasks to continue in an unsafe manner.
Ensure workers use correct PPE for the type of work being carried out.
Report any accident, incident or near miss immediately, as per Company procedure and prevent the area being tampered with and carry out investigations to determine the root, basic and immediate causes and ensure that corrective actions are implemented for all HSE related events.
Assist in the care of injured parties and Ensure Subcontractors, consultant and client team adhere to the safety requirements.
Ensure the site welfare facilities (rest areas, water, toilets etc.) are sufficient and in acceptable order.
Arrange third party HSE inspections and training on site as required.
To support and participate in ensuring compliance with the relevant law, ISO 14001,
ISO 45001 and Client’s requirements (where applicable) as advised by the Group IMS and Report To (on accountabilities and responsibilities).
Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by Business Unit head.
