Job Description

A seasoned professional who brings extensive experience and thought leadership applicable to the project at-hand. Oversee and manage Injazat’s program portfolio, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in our project management processes, and delivering high-impact projects to our clients.

  • Works closely to ensure that Engagement Team services meet the stakeholders’ expectations
  • Provides strategic leadership and guidance within and across initiatives. Executive responsible for strategic direction and delivery capabilities of engaged area.
  • Often oversees the coordination of the program across different stakeholders. Directly responsible for working to drive strategy formulation, business case analysis and complex stakeholder issues.
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the organization's program portfolio. Monitor and control program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are assigned to each project to maximize productivity and project success.
  • Identify potential risks within the program portfolio and develop proactive mitigation plans.
  • Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement appropriate measures to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency, scalability, and standardization across the organization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program portfolio, providing regular performance reports to senior manageme nt and driving continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for overseeing project budgets, ensuring financial discipline, and making strategic decisions to optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
