General Description of Role and Responsibilities
- Implement registration and prequalification activities by developing and maintaining registration and prequalification standards
- Approve vendor registrations after all documentations submitted have been verified
- Establish maintain and update a commercial directory that includes vendors data and performance history that is visible to stakeholders
- Ensure effective supplier relationship management and vendor market intelligence
- Manage vendor complaints and grievances
- Maintain integrity and control over the registration and prequalification process while ensuring that approved policies procedures and delegation of authorities are implemented in the best interest of Madon and the government of Abu Dhabi
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics business administration or equivalent
- to years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Previous GCC experience is a plus
- Good and effective communication skills
- Demonstrated integrity and high work ethics
- Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills
