- Bachelor degree in structural / civil engineering
- Previous work experience (through internships and/or 1–2 year professional experience)
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
- Know-how in usage of structural engineering software (R-Stab, Staad, SAP2000, ….) is a plus.
- Know-how about plant design software (SmartPlant 3D or PDMS) or BIM is a plus.
- Understanding the correlation between technical and commercial aspects of engineering work
- Interest in solving complex engineering problems based on analytical mindset.
- Pursuit in goal achievement and a solution-oriented personality
- Track-record of meeting deadlines and not compromising on quality by working effectively with others.
- Empathy and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Efficient English communicator (oral and written)
- High learning agility and willingness to understand also small details as required.
- Willingness to find solutions independently, but ready to follow directions in more complicated situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft software.
- UAE Nationals (with family book)
