About the Role:
As an HR Generalist, you will be expected to work on various tasks in HR domain. You will collaborate across teams and departments from time to time while performing your duties.
What Would You Do At ALTRES?
A comprehensive role like this one calls for taking up the following:
- An entrepreneurial drive to get things done.
- Implementation of all HR policies and processes.
- Modifying, updating, creating process documentation, as required.
- Ensuring regular execution of performance management systems.
- Proper on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Track employee confirmations and promotional issues, and any other commitments to team members.
- Conducting employee engagement activities.
- Track attendance, leaves, etc. on an ongoing basis, if required.
- Support in facilitating regular processing and disbursal of salaries.
- Support in complying with PF, ESIC, etc. and other statutory commitments.
- Act as a backup for all administration functions, in the absence of the designated administration personnel.
- Work with HR Manager to prepare reports as needed.
- Promote the ALTRES brand through social media posts/articles.
What Do You Need For The Job?
As a potential candidate, you are expected to have the following skills & competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years in HR role(s).
- Hands-on experience with one or more HRMS.
- Relationship Building.
