• Act as the single point of contact for all technical issues for the end users
• Respond to all queries within the defined SLA
• Log incidents and service requests on the ticketing platform
• Provide end-to-end resolution for technical issues
• Escalate unresolved incidents to the development team and follow up to closure
• Troubleshoot customer-related queries
• Troubleshoot menu-related issues
• Troubleshoot software-related issues
• Troubleshoot Zoho CRM-related issues
• Troubleshoot inhouse App related issues
• Troubleshoot payment-related issues on the website and app
• Enable or disable access to software and platform based on approval
