Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading companies in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for finding and retaining excellent employees inUAE and KSA.You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and manage performance management, training & development activities for employees. The ideal should be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and with a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in the business.

- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts reporting to Talent Director
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)computation of CTC as per Korn Ferry
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise and manage recruiting personnel and orientation process
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, manage Internship Program, or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
-Constant monitoring and compliance with the Emiratization targets
- Ensure that company s recruitment & selection process is adhered to as per UAE labour law and company s policies / procedures
- Responsible for annual Job descriptions review process for all the employees across the company.
- Ensure proficiency of Psychometric test System and other related online test to be monitored and properly implemented and making sure will not exceed the base on the contract.
- Assist KSA staff in recruitment & saudization process.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

- Proven 5 + years of experience as talent acquisition manager or similar role
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding. A leader and strategic thinker with strong experience in budgets/cost control, leadership, managing for results, managing performance, people development and management.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator and well-organized
- Bachelor/Master s degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Vocational certification (HRM, SPHR, CIPD, etc) is preferable
- Great personality, Diligent and focused.
