• Responsible for the local TA strategy that will utilize the full potential of the market in getting the best talent (including defining sourcing channels, encouraging a collaborative recruitment approach with the business, and upkeeping quality of advertising opportunities via social media), while staying in line with the global TA vision.
• Ensure local success by supplying external talents in a timely manner to appease the business needs, while nurturing your pipelines for long-term success and external succession planning purposes.
• Nurture your diverse networks and pipelines to ensure high interest in passive candidates, and personal quality experience.
• Actively share exceptional talent within the TA community globally, ensuring you maintain good transparency in terms of notes in the system & LinkedIn. Fully supporting One Team way of working of the Talent Acquisition community.
• Bring value in terms of a strategic partnership with the business, providing market and talent insights to Hiring Managers and the HR community, to help drive long-term success.
• As a true agent of change, you are the first to act in terms of introducing more diversity into the organization. Ensure you present diverse talents, integrate diversity & inclusion in your long-term strategy, and actively search for ways to increase the diversity of talent we hire.
• As an internal sourcing expert, you are in charge of proactive searching in our database and via external channels for talents of diverse backgrounds that will enrich our organization.
• Participate and engage with University & School partners relevant to your scope and target functions. Collaborating with the relevant Group function in managing and executing relating events to elevate the attractivity of Richemont as an employer.
• Be the ambassador / first point of contact for the candidate and deliver impactful Richemont message to attract, connect and engage with candidates. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and pre-assessment process.

• Participating in the launch of recruitment with line manager & HR BP and job description (and job ad) alignment.
• A thorough pre-assessment to identify the best skilled and best-fit candidates for further interview.
• Formalization of short written feedback provided in the central ATS to be available to the HRBP.
• Enter the shortlisted candidate profiles in the recruitment SAP system.
• Should be capable of managing a CRM online system in the near future in order to keep alive and nurture the candidate relationship experience.
