Job Purpose:
Achieve GMV targets of assigned customers and increase their ARV by visiting them regularly and training them on application.
Job Description:

- To obtain (SKU per retailer), (Order per retailer) & DMGV Target Achievement
- Organic DGMV Target Percentage Achievement
- To evaluate the % of shops growing
- Start Visits on time and complete them
- Increase SPR
- Introduce app training
- Implementation of BCP
- Relationship Management
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor s degree from a top tier university.
Enterprising person with minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in an FMCG environment (Preferred) or should have worked in fast growing start-ups and dynamic teams in large organizations, ideally with a technology/financial services/consulting background.
Should have a hands on experience with data management/data analytics/performance management.
Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer relationship and Distribution handling.
Strong Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation Skills, with sound understanding of Retailer Operations.
Strong commercial and analytical sense, sharp problem solver and ability to get things done.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop winning teams.
Born leader and passionate to drive initiatives from scratch.
