Job Description
1. A strong understanding of all types of general insurance from a technical perspective and being aware of any changes in the market with, the latest trends and plans.
2. Ability to create strong bonds with clients and insurance companies and successfully resolve insurance issues. More imperatively teach and guide the subordinates in excelling in this aspect of the business.
3. Has strong connections with insurance companies and underwriters to get work done effectively and efficiently.
4. Gain a thorough understanding of clients business insurance needs and provide suitable insurance advice to current and prospective clients.
5. Capable of preparing and organizing PowerPoint presentations internally and externally, presenting to close a sale, and coaching others in the team to do the same.
6. Efficiently delegate and manage the work across the team and provide monthly targets based on the target set by the company.
7. Proactively reports critical issues to Management and submits production reports weekly, which is essential to meet the companys objectives.
8. Be a key contributor to the companys business development and achieve forecast targets for the team and yourself.
9. Cross-Sell & Up-Sell various classes of insurance using effective negotiation strategies and close sales.
10. Proactively willing to meet clients to help with the process of onboarding clients.
Requirements
Qualifications Essential
- Bachelors Degree in any relevant field (Attested)
- CII Certificate (Preferred) Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Insurance
