4. Gain a thorough understanding of clients business insurance needs and provide suitable insurance advice to current and prospective clients.
5. Capable of preparing and organizing PowerPoint presentations internally and externally, presenting to close a sale, and coaching others in the team to do the same.
6. Efficiently delegate and manage the work across the team and provide monthly targets based on the target set by the company.
7. Proactively reports critical issues to Management and submits production reports weekly, which is essential to meet the companys objectives.
8. Be a key contributor to the companys business development and achieve forecast targets for the team and yourself.
9. Cross-Sell & Up-Sell various classes of insurance using effective negotiation strategies and close sales.
10. Proactively willing to meet clients to help with the process of onboarding clients.
