Responsible for the preparation and serving of all menu items in the school canteen, Coffee shops or in the catering service.
Replenishing condiments, maintaining inventory, and taking food orders.
Assist in charge in maintaining food safety by monitoring and controlling safe food handling procedure & keeping the food at right temperature.
Must maintain cleanliness in food service areas and throughout the food establishment.
Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering a proper dress code.
Duties may also include notifying Outlet in charge for any food orders or food shortages.
Might be assign from time to time at the Central Production to work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as sandwiches, soups, and salads while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
