Job Description
We are looking for a General Manager for a newElectric Car Leasing Business Set-Up.
The electrical car leasing will be a new division of a UAE based Electric Car Manufacturer.
This new brand will start its activites locally with a B2B Business Model.
The role : Set-up the business from scratch
- Define strategy
- Find a proper location to carry the business
- Recruit the team
- Settle the facility
- Organize the business
- Develop the marketing
- Establish partnership with customers
- Manage on a daily basis all other aspects of the business
- Report to Group Management
- Take responsabilities of P&L
Of course the GM will receive some the support from the Group management and from his/her team, but purposely we are looking for a doer, capable of launching the business from scratch without relying on an existing set-up
Requirements
- Previous experience of Car Rental business is mandatory
- Experience in setting up activities from scratch is required
- Experience in Middle East (ideally UAE)
- 10 years of experience
- Result driven
- very good communication
- Very good level of English
