Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving financial growth by boosting sales of Industrial Thermographic cameras and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners.

- Focus on thermal cameras for industrial temperature measurement, and conduct market research and analysis. Main segments include Predictive Maintenance, Building Diagnostics, Automation and so on.
- Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities
- Dealing with different sub dealers
- Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
- Monthly reporting on sales KPI s within channel partners
- Working on sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director/Country Manager
- Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements within business operations

Requirements


- More than 3 years experience in the industry (thermal cameras for industrial temperature measurement), as sales, business development manager, or account manager.
- Strong skills to develop new partners and establish strong relationship.
- Sell-motivated to drive revenue growth, willing to take challenges.
- Preferably wide connection and great influence in oil and gas, electricity sector
- Must be prepared for travel 75% of the time to Dubai.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
