Electro Mechanical Technician

• Installation of automated storage systems and equipments(lifts, conveyors, stacker cranes and ancillary equipments)
  
• Field wiring of the electrical controls and equipment
  
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance on installed electro-mechanical equipment
  
• High Level electricity skills - (AC/DC theory, relays, switches, solenoids, fuses, breakers, etc.), power generation and distribution (including 3 phase), electrical safety, National Electric Code, motor theory and protection
  
• Work closely with operations personnel to ensure that reliability and safety issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
  

• Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems,Good Electromechanical knowledge,Basic of Siemens S7 PLC,Basic of Beckhoff PLC, SCADA,HMI, Profi bus,ASI Bus,Ether NET, Reading Electrical schematics, Servo drives,Variable frequency drives (VFD), Ethernet devices, Remote I/O
  

• Troubleshooting and customer service support.
  
• Daily work logging and reporting
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering
  
• Min 2 years Work experiance on repairs and preventive maintenance of all automated warehouse equipment
  
• High level of technical and diagnostic skills including fault finding of electrical circuits and pneumatic systems
  
• Quality Knowledge of TPM, LEAN, Kaizen, 5S or similar
