A- Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize guests dining experience..
B- Taking and maintaining customer orders in a timely manner.
C- Ensures that silver and crockery stock control is properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
D- Ensures that table presentation is correctly maintained according to restaurant specific standards.
E- Assists the Waiters as needed before and during service whilst performing closing duties as required.
