Responsibilities:
The Manager, Procurement will be responsible to optimize the efficiency of the sourcing department by devising strategic plans which focus on achieving customer satisfaction whilst reducing costs to the business.
Duties include planning, scheduling, initiating, monitoring and quality assurance of all procurement and contract activities.
Work requires independent and professional judgment and is performed under the general direction of the Director, Procurement.
You will have to achieve the wider business objectives, including a streamlined sourcing operations procedure across all stakeholders.
This role would best suit an analytical, solution-driven individual, who can adhere to strict deadlines whilst managing multiple priorities simultaneously, who are naturally passionate about the luxury hospitality industry.
Besides, the Manager, Procurement will oversee every aspect of the sourcing process and will determine the company's service measures, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
The primary goal is to focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
