• Identify volume and revenue risks and opportunities in Strategic Account’s business – recommend retention and business enhancement strategies for the customer base leading to increased investment & trade at Jebel Ali.
• Commodity development plans supporting BD strategy – Develop commodity/vertical development plans to identify business development opportunities in the assigned commodity/ industry segments to facilitate new customer acquisition and customer growth across DPW UAE region BU’s.
• Formulating business presentations, generating sales pitch decks, contribute towards development of content for Strategic Account customers.
• Assist with development of and conduct customer segmentation as agreed with management.
• Work closely with business partners and other stakeholders to automate and streamline business processes around commercial information gathering, cleansing, analysis and reporting.
• Structure reporting, dashboards & intelligence capability for the Strategic Accounts Team. Regular review & analytics of customer contribution across all DPW UAE BU’s.
• Assist & support towards development of business cases / solutions for Strategic customers by conducting review of supply chain, analytics and propose value enhancing strategies to grow customers cargo base at Jebel Ali Ports.
• Communicates with internal and external data / information providers to ensure consistency, standardization and timeliness of information provided for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the trade data accuracy and liaising IT to address inconsistencies and continued improvement in the data accuracy and availability of data.
