Sr. Logistics Operations

Responsibilities:
• You will be a custodian of the customer, will define best practice and will facilitate sharing across the globe.
• Manage the end to end freight forwarding operations for Devices from Factories to online FCs and offline distributors and retailers.
• Managing critical escalations to ensure customer needs are met on time.
• Collect and analyze data to discover the defects and inefficiencies in the current processes and drive strategic projects to improve them for both short and long term.
• Work to continuously reduce operating costs through cost saving initiatives and opportunities within Devices supply chain.
• Drive strategy, prioritize projects, feature sets, align, and manage a complex network of stakeholders across a wide variety business areas including Operations, Transportation, and Finance & Tech
