• Maintain technical expertise on all new digitalization products, tools, and systems.
• Refine the requirements and outcomes in the own scope and gain an understanding of the respective customer value.
• Work closely with the team to clearly communicate the customer needs, and help and motivate the team by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.
• Execute trend scouting, search and evaluate “white space innovation ideas” in regards to their future business potential.
• Create and maintain the team backlog, add new requirements & user stories as team backlog items, define acceptance criteria, and rank team backlog items.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders, especially with the Head Portfolio of Digital Services.
• Participate in sprint planning and sprint review meetings.
• Work ideation based on opportunities of digitalization business to fully exploit the potential of digitalization business.
• Work in cross-functional teams to overcome silo thinking by leveraging internal and/or external networks and ecosystems.
• Continuously exchange good practices and collaborate within the organization.
• Evaluate and accept the work results, based on defined acceptance and done criteria.
• You have a solid background with early customer validation in rapid learn-build-test cycles with a focus on achieving customer value.
