Scope of Work RPA Support Services

One year renewable contract

These services are required to support the goals of business and operations transformation, and end-to-end delivery of agreed robotic processes. Also, to develop & maintain the automation, and optimization of the organization internal processes and related projects.

The scope of the RPA Support Services should cover the following responsibilities but not limited to it:

• Conduct the opportunity assessment of the chosen processes where the RPA Consultant considers the process complexity, input type, etc.
  
• Maintain the inventory of the processes (backlog) that implies determining the automation potential of each particular process and filtering out those unfit for automation to narrow down the scope of work
  
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows and automation RPA solutions.
  
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
  
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
  
• In the Solution Design Phase, the RPA Consultant should create the Process Design Document (PDD) and transfers knowledge from the business unit to the development team.
  
• Quality assurance of all automated processes, and creation of test cases and scenarios
  
• In the Testing Phase, the RPA Consultant must coordinate all testing efforts and ensures the required sign-offs are obtained
  
• Write technical guides for internal and external users
  
• Diagnose & troubleshoot technical problems (functional / performance related)
  
• Scripting and coding using Uipath and Power Automate platforms to resolve automation issues
  
• Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
  
• Documenting the automation procedures
  
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the RPA and IPA technologies.
  
• Manage the process automaton development and adhere to IT processes, standards, and policies.
  
• Work closely with relevant teams internally or with vendors to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes
  

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications Requirement:

• B.S. or B.A or equivalent experience required, preferred in Computer Science or related field
  
• 5+ years of extensive developing experience of process automation solutions using RPA technologies
  
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power platform & Automation Anywhere tools
  
• Excellent open and proactive written and oral communication skills
  
• Advanced developer certification Uipath platform and MS Power Automate tools
  
• Excellence in C, C++, Java, or .NET
  
• Experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, etc.
  
• Experience in SQL or NoSQL
  
• Basics of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  
• Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
