Specialist - Digital Architecture

Conducting an evaluation of the organization corporate structure to ensure alignment between the business strategy of government agencies in Abu Dhabi and the IT strategy for government solutions through the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture data repository, framework and outputs. In addition to identifying opportunities to enhance synergies by unifying platforms and applications with the organization, providing guidance to government agencies in Abu Dhabi in preparing their digital budgets, and providing support to financial management through spending monitoring activities related to the digital budget and ICT at government agencies in Abu Dhabi.

• Preparing and maintaining guidelines, tools and models for preparing and submitting feasibility studies for digital and ICT investments made by government agencies in Abu Dhabi
  
• Conducting an evaluation of the organization s institutional structure to ensure alignment between the business strategy of government agencies in Abu Dhabi and the IT strategy for the government solutions sector
  
• Preparing and maintaining the framework for the organizationcorporate structure and inputs
  
• Develop and maintain organizationenterprise architecture data repository and ensure that the current state structure is updated accordingly
  
• Supporting organizationchange management processes by reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations in line with the structure of the target situation
  
• Conducting ICT baseline assessments for key stakeholders to update the technical enterprise infrastructure outline for government agencies in Abu Dhabi
  
• Identifying opportunities to standardize technology platforms and operations across government entities in Abu Dhabi in pursuit of additional synergies and cost savings
  
• Provide support to the Finance Department in spending control activities related to the digital budget and ICT at government agencies in Abu Dhabi
  
• Assisting in providing guidance to government agencies in Abu Dhabi on setting a digital budget
  
• Performing any other duties or job activities assigned by the line manager
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information security in any field related to a specialized certificate
  
• Experience in information security, digital security or any relevant area so that at least:
  Years of experience for bachelors degree holders: 6 to 8 years
