• Contribute to the design and promote the Group’s global employee value proposition and implement the Group’s culture and values across all locations in order to continuously promote the Group as an employer of choice and foster engagement and loyalty towards its vision and mission.
• Direct the implementation of the corporate talent management frameworks, in line with the Talent, Learning and Development Centre of Excellence’s guidelines, in order to contribute to global consistency in HR practices, build a highly competent workforce and consistently recognize, reward and retain top talent within the hotels.
• Contribute to the design of regional/ local compensation systems and employee benefits and incentives programmes to ensure that all hotels are both aligned with the corporate reward strategy and able to attract, engage and retain valued employees in their specific location.
• Adjust to specific business needs, understand the local labour laws in all locations in order to ensure the properties have customized and qualified HR support to achieve their objectives.
• Direct the selection of hotel specific HR third party service providers, such as recruitment or training partners, in line with the Group’s HR strategy, in order to secure strong local expertise to help execute the human resources agenda.
• Direct the implementation of best-fit and legally compliant recruitment and internal mobility strategies, in order to attract and retain competent colleagues and optimize the global movement and use of internal talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Directors of HR through the understanding of their hotels specific business needs, the knowledge of their labour laws as well as the tailoring of service level agreements, in order to ensure that the properties have highly qualified HR support to achieve their objectives.
• Lead, manage, and constantly improve all HR services offered to colleagues within the hotels in order to ensure colleague welfare and seamless on-boarding, employment and exit processes.
